Assimilation is Always a Fool’s Errand. Why It Must Be Abandoned
Nothing can be gained by calling yourself a non-white nationalist
Assimilation is and always has been a fool’s errand in a society dominated by White people. Because no matter how many hoops you jump through, you will never gain their acceptance. You may, however, be used as a pawn. Take 38-year-old Vivek Ramaswamy, the son of Indian immigrants and self-proclaimed C.E.O. of Anti-Woke, for instance, who is currently campaigning for president as a Republican. One of the biggest takeaways from the Republican Presidential Fox News debate was that “everyone hates Ramaswamy,” Matt Lewis wrote for the Daily Beast, who also said, “Out of the gate, he looked pompous and oleaginous, with what can only be described as a smarmy, shit-eating grin that belied his sharp elbows.” Clearly, he wasn’t winning any popularity contests within the Republican party. What’s happening here? Why isn’t Ramaswamy’s boot-licking behavior winning him any brownie points with White Americans?
Despite Ramaswamy becoming a right-wing star for his anti-woke rhetoric and calling himself a non-white nationalist, White Americans will never welcome an Indian man into their bosom with open arms because that’s not how white supremacy functions…
