Great article. I would recommend Noom instead. I recently lost 20 pounds and I didn't have to cut carbs. Feel free to look into it some more but it's really cool because it teaches you better eating habits. I didn't have to workout or take any drugs, just simply relearning information about nutrition, portion sizes, and calorie density.
