Her response was super racist, inconsiderate, and foolish. She was not listening and that's why she could not help you. All she had to do was leave you tf alone when you said you did not need help.

And the man was just as bad. These people make every day a living hell. I'm glad your husband was willing to go back and talk to them. At least they would listen to what he had to say. They are rude and need retraining.
