I also hope that we remember those who were principled and those who just left because everyone else was. I think that no political party is perfect. However, I believe that more Democrats would have jumped ship by now. When Bill Clinton was under investigation by the House, they cooperated with the investigation. However, they didn’t agree that it rose to the level of impeachment.

Some of the Republicans are acting on principle. Many of them believe that Trump is the best president (lol) and that anyone who says otherwise is a dangerous liberal. I look forward to a time when America can enact policies that the majority of citizens agree with. I’m 31. I don’t know if that day is every going to come but a woman can dream.
