I do not know if you are American. However, all schools have a digit that allows entry. You must make that mark or you won't get in. So in that respect 100% are reliant on their test score.

If you do not score in the correct percentile, you will not be admitted to college. This is an example of a state-run school. Private schools do the same thing.

Tulane has a 17% entry rate and they are a private school that also uses standardized tests as the standard for admittance. Thanks for reading
