I never said that all White people are racist. You just made a point that isn’t based on empirical knowledge. While it is true that all white people benefit from having white privilege, many white people reject racism and have made it their goal to dismantle racism systems of government.

The logo needed to be taken down because it mocks Indian people and treats them as mascots.

Furthermore, I’ve shown you the proof that more than half wanted the mascot to be removed.

For reference: Mayor Muriel Bowser said last month on Washington radio station WTEM that the name has been an obstacle in getting the city its own stadium.

“I think it’s past time for the team to deal with what offends so many people,” Bowser said. “And this is a great franchise with a great history that’s beloved in Washington, and it deserves a name that reflects the affection that we’ve built for the team.”
