I never said there were no good cops so I'm not sure why you thought that.

All cops are not bad. But, all cops are aware that there will be no consequences for killing Black and Brown people. Lack of accountability produces an atmosphere where they value minorities differently. The numbers demonstrate that systemic bias exists in the system. All cops do not need to be bad for reform to be necessary.
