I said we cannot white wash history. That does not mean to send Black people back to Africa. It means that the British, American, and other governments need to participate in restorative justice.

I do not expect you to understand or agree. But if you are going to try to butcher my work to try to make a point that I did not make, I figured I could take the time to respond.

No where in any of my writings did I ever say that Black people should be sent back. That idea is racist and I discussed that in my article about Thanksgiving. Ironically, a white feminist suggested all Blacks should be rounded up and sent back.

The logical conclusion of my argument is that we cannot pretend that the fabric of our society is not bound to white supremacy.

The only way to fix it is to engage in restorative justice. That means a formal apology and implementing policies to specifically address systemic racism.
