I understand where you are coming from. Mr. Kelley should not be cancelled, in my opinion. Instead, he should learn to manage his restaurant better.

Playing loud music invites the type of behaviors that he opposes so he should keep that in mind. Also, I think this could have been handled quietly.

I've worked during Mardi Gras celebrations and seen white people dance on tables. I have always just asked them to kindly get down and every single time it worked.

Stopping the music and yelling at all the customers was really quite astonishing and showed that even though he had the money to buy a restaurant, he has a lot to go as far as developing personally and professionally.

I agree that he should change his DJ and maybe play it less loudly as well. Next time, he can just talk to the table one on one instead of getting loud. That kind of defeats the purpose of him schooling them on decorum when he obviously showed none.
