It's really sad thinking about them getting away with killing him. They would have to prove he was the black man who committed these crimes to justify killing him in defense. Also, they did not call the police. It undermines the idea that they were in danger. It also undermines that idea by chasing him down the street. If he gets off it will be a great miscarraige of justice.
