May our Kind rest in peace. I watched Black Panther so much that my mom got me the DVD. In this day and age, I only have a few so it means so much to me.

Growing up, my father told me stories about Black superheroes in the comic books he grew up reading. When I was a child I heard about the Black Panther but I kind of thought he was making it up. He layed on the floor of my sister and my bedroom and told us stories as we went to sleep.

Chadwick brought this story alive. I will always remember him and the positive impact he had on Black people and in particular, Black children.

Thanks so much for honoring him through your writing.
