Not all Westerners think this way. I have worn my mask every since the virus started and I work at home. However, the Trump administration does not take it seriously and people keep acting like someone's rights are being violated.

Freedom is important but no one should have the freedom to risk someone's life. There is a clear distinction between what right wing politians and their pundits believe and the rest of us.

Based on the results of the election, America is definitely moving in a different direction. The new adminstration supports a mask mandate with shutdowns wherever possible.

I hope we can get it under control. My uncle died of COVID in March and I miss him all the time. As a Black woman, I do not feel that the American government represents me or my values properly. So I wish that some science deniers would stop giving us all a bad name.
