Not going to lie, I did see your posts as bashing women who struggle with their weight.
The BMI, for instance was created by a white supremacist and many black women are healthy even though many are bigger than white women. Your writing doesn't mention that though.
Your topic is important (the health of black women matters) but your approach is not attracting readers who actually could use the help because of the tone.
Talk about food deserts, and the challenges Black women face in maintaining their health because as it stands you're making it only about personal responsibility, and that sounds like conservative banter.
It's really untrue to say that being big is praised in the Black community. Yes, big breasts and asses are praised. Being thick is associated with healthy fertility in many cultures, so it's not as cut and dry as your writing implies.

As someone without a weight problem, I think you should be cautious about the tone of your writing when you write about weight. You are an amazing writer, but tone matters is all I'm saying.
