Our current system of economics was based off of chattel slavery. You oppose social programs and you probably are against reparations too. Yet, the average Black family makes one-tenth the wealth of the average white family in America. To stand for the status quo is racist because it maintains systemic inequities.

It is easy for a white person to say putting race before personhood is the wrong course of action. You do not have to deal with the injustices that I do. I have a Masters in Science of Psychology. Yet, Black women make 60 cents on the dollar next to white man like you, for doing the same job. So, what you are against is progress and that is why I will never truly believe a conservative person when they say they are against racism. What you mean is that you hate seeing the inequities but what you also mean is that you are unwilling to enact any changes.

Conservatives stand in the way of any progress. They stood against the Civil Rights Movement. Republicans stand against reparations in Congress. Conservatives are largely against social programs and always support minimizing taxes on the wealthy while sticking it to the poor. Your way is a failed path for Black people and it works just fine for people like you. That being said, I appreciate your attempt to show some type of kindness, I guess. In the end, your ideology does not facilitate growth so I stand in opposition to you and people like you. I really hope the best for you but it does not seem you have it in you to wish the same for people like me. You stand in opposition to everything someone like me is trying to accomplish.
