Police don't prevent crime. So, even if you report a threat, it doesn't ensure that you are safe, just that someone knows you are being harassed. Anonymous threats are not easy to track, it's not like people are using a return address. The racial terrorism worked, by making the owners so afraid they let go of a business they were excited about. It's sad.
