Reading your article was both terrifying and exhilarating. Unfortunately, America has snow a reluctance to take one hard look in the mirror. As a Black woman all I can say is that we tried to warn everyone. We watched as they used the police and military to suppress and harass leaders in our community. Yet, our cries fell on deaf ears.

Now we are here. We have no one to blame but those among us who turn a blind eye to fascist behavior. Those who attempt to normalize this behavior are also to blame.
