Since race is a social construct, its contextual. I believe, given the one-drop rule in America, you would be Black, but you do benefit from light-skinned privilege and appear as white-passing. This just means that relative to darker skinned Black people, you have privileges. But, it doesn't take away your ancestry, who you are. Secondly, I'm saying all of this from an American perspective. Someone whose more well-versed on racial laws and practices in Europe would be able to tell you something else altogether. And as usual when it comes to identity, it matters how you feel, not just how others see you. I'd say both matter.
