Thanks for sharing your journey in discovering the word "Woke." From my perspective, I don't see a problem with it because it's about as you said being socially aware. Conservatives, and white straight men specifically as you identified are trying to use our own social movement against us. Here's my takeaway. No matter what words we use, they will continue to spread lies and I love how you brought up the nuance of Black conservatism. Many have become tools of white supremacy and as you said, they are not any more convincing.
