The reason we do not see identical results across both sexes is because of misogynoir. In addition to racism, Black women endure discrimination because of their sex and race combined.

I agree with you that in fighting economic and institutional elements of systemic racism we can make progress and change over time.

However, implicit bias will still remain because this is a subconscious neurological response to Afrocentric features. This is problematic but we can improve the living conditions by all Americans by bringing awareness of these processes.
