They definitely have that privilege when traveling. Sorry you experienced that just because you are from Sierra Leone. When I traveled by plane, an officer warned me, your ID expires next year. I was thinking, I’m an adult and I know to renew my ID. However, it was just another indignation we have to experience. Being from a non privileged country makes it even more stressful I see.
