This article is awesome. I think it is so important to incorporate mindfulness into eating practices.

I work out on an excercise bike every day in part because I have asthma. My goal is to strengthen my lungs by using cardio. However, I don't feel like I've really lost weight but that's okay. I am not skinny like I was when I was 18 but I still feel good.

As far as eating, I love to eat snacks but I usually don't overdo it. I ate a big brownie last night but I also ate some homemade chicken soup.

You are so right about challenging the food police. We have to enjoy our meals. This makes me feel happy🥙

This article is an amazing reminder to love ourselves. We definitely deserve that.
