This is an excellent analysis. I remember reading this book in school and I enjoyed it. The critiques on this book seem really harsh. I am 32 and I do not feel like I graduated from adolescence. Every person is unique so I cannot claim to know what it’s like to be 15 these days. I really appreciate the nuance you brought to this. Thanks so much for the write up.
