This piece is amazing. Your perspective is refreshing. We need more than sensitivity training. Black people need representation in board rooms and in executive positions. That is the only way that there will be a true culture shift. We don't need white people to be nice to us. We need them to treat us with dignity as contributing memebrs of society.
