This was an interesting article. Thank you for sharing it with everyone. I learned something new. I wasn’t aware that MLK Jr made statements about how well-meaning white people should react to riots.

Just as their fear is natural, so are the riots. Black people are human and can only be harmed so many times before the pot boils over. Things have calmed down and cooler heads prevailed. However, I found it refreshing that despite the riots, MLK Jr understood that the cause was worth fighting for.
