Well said. The way I like to view it is that not all white people are racist, but all benefit from a white-dominated system.

You hit the nail on the head -- racism exists on a spectrum. It is fluid and people can definitely grow and change. I love hearing the stories about former Klansmen who try to help others leave extremist groups.

Back to your spectrum analogy because not every racist white person is in the Klan - many are appalled by them.

Too many people miss that point. And those who address racism are empowered to cast that away from themselves. Thanks so much for reading. I always appreciate your perspective ♥︎
