When you say that British English is different, you are referring to a language varient.
British English and African American Vernacular English are both English varients. None of them are superior to any of the others.
You keep trying to insunate that AAVE is some type of African language and it's not. It derives from the chattel slavery system. Because slavery took away nationalities from African people, they could not maintain their languages. They were literally beaten for speaking their native toungues.
Swahili, Yoruba, and Lingala are not African American Vernacular English. I really don't see the point you are trying to make. However, I am curous.
