With all due respect, look at Joe Biden's capaign website. There literally is a plan for everything on the website: for covid, for the Black community, for education, for criminal justice reform, for healthcare. It is literally all there. If you are interested the information is available. The reason I am voting for Joe Biden is because I agree with his platform. But, everyone must make that decision on their own. I know that along with Obama, Joe Biden helped manage the United States, helping it come out of a recession. I really don't see why anyone would doubt Joe Biden's ability to effectively manage the virus and provide economic stimulus for the economy.
