You are entitled to your opinion. However, people using a word out of context does not change the meaning of the word. It has already been defined in the Urban dictionary and the definition you are speaking with is

#1 not the majority of the use of the word

#2 not the official meaning of the word.

It seems you are more focused with the exception to the rule as opposed to actually understanding the context in which the word was created.
