You are right on once again. I love your emphasis on the cost of schools. The Charter School and Private School system are destroying our public education programs.

It is a false choice because people say "you have a choice" but in reality the public schools are underfunded and if that is your only choice, then that isn't a choice at all. It simply encourages re-segregation in my opinion.
