You are right that anti-racist white men in the South are not usually the center of conversations or historical literature. However, the storeis are definitely out there. White abolitionists laid down their lives to fight against racism. Over 1,000 white men were lynched for fighing against extrajudicial killings. There have always been anti-racist white people. It sucks that this is not the dominant culture. However, I am currently watching a TV series called "The Good Bird" about an abolitionist who passionately fought against slavers.
