You made an excellent point about racism in the work place. If a company set social criteria for hiring, then we would not experience the same level of blockading. I support affirmative action to ensure companies diversify. However, private companies keep resisting oversight.

Also, I like how you ended this piece. If we always start from behind, then winning becomes an impossibility. Businesses need to even the playing field.
