You made some excellent points. It is not normal to be shot dead in a routine traffic stop. The people making these comments either do not understand or don’t want see the bigotry. The statistics make this an an open and shut case — systematic racism is part of the criminal justice system from the police officer to the privatized prison. Thanks for writing this.
