You spoke so eloquently. We cannot depend on Red states to make the changes that America needs to make. They turn a blind eye to bigotry. In addition, they oppose programs that would actually help them all to spite Blue states. I am from Louisiana but I can honestly say it is time to stop waiting for these states to change.
